春の寒気が、忍び寄っていた。

Charlie and Toast were picking berries when Toast began sneezing rapidly and soon felt a little woozy.

チャーリーとトーストがベリーを摘んでいると、突然トーストが激しくくしゃみをし始め、すぐにふらふらとした眩暈（めまい）を覚え始めた。

After using the edge of the picnic blanket to clean his nose, they packed up their pickings and wandered back to Charlies home.

In bed, Toast had successfully used up all the tissues he could find, feeling sorry for himself in this unfortunate condition.

He gratefully sipped the tea and with a warm belly, dozed off to regain his spirit for another day.
